Frank W. Juchniewicz, Sr.

Frank W. Juchniewicz, Sr., age 84, of Philadelphia, PA passed away on Monday, September 14, 2026.

He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on February 22, 1942 to the late John Juchniewicz and the late Katherine (Szeciepko) Juchniewicz. 

Frank was raised in Bridesburg and lived most of his life in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia. He served as a Firefighter with the Philadelphia Fire Department for over 30 years. Frank also worked as an Electronics Repairman. He enjoyed woodworking, hunting and fishing. He was an avid reader, especially of history and Egyptology. He had a particular talent for repairing pocket watches and clocks. 

He is survived by son, Frank Juchniewicz, Jr. of Philadelphia, PA; daughter, Jennifer Terranova of Norristown, PA; and grandson, Logan Terranova.

Along with his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, John Juchniewicz.

Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McIlvaine Mundy Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 7384 Ridge Ave,. Philadelphia, PA 19128. 

Interment will be private.
