Joan L. Taylor Boyle, 93, of Philadelphia, PA passed away Saturday, January 17, 2026.

She was born in Philadelphia, Pa on June 2, 1932, the daughter of the late Horace and the late Alma (Peterman) Taylor. Joan has been living in Plymouth Meeting, PA since 1984, formerly of the Roxborough section of Philadelphia, where she was born and raised.

She worked as a Clerk with Sperry Univac.

Joan was a talented artist and her favorite subject were paintings of Valley Green.

She was a member of the Red Hat Society.

Survivors include son Thomas (Shirley) Boyle of Norristown, daughter Elaine Boyle of Roxborough, son Timothy Boyle of Blue Bell, and daughter Carol Costello of Roxborough. She is also survived by her grandchildren Jeffrey Boyle (Veronica), Colleen Costello and Mark Costello, Jr., and great grandson Harvey Boyle.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a granddaughter Kelli Boyle, and grandsons Timothy (TJ) Boyle, Jr. and Scott Boyle.

Her Graveside Service and Interment will take place in Westminster Cemetery, 701 Belmont Avenue, Bala Cynwyd, PA, on Friday, January 23, 2026 at 1:00 PM.
