Theresa McMahon, age 100 of Roxborough, passed away on August 8, 2025.
She was the wife of the late James J. McMahon. She was the last surviving sibling of 14 children.
She was the mother of Kathleen (Steven, Sr.) Gallagher and Susan (Mark) Edelstein. She was the loving grandmother of Steven, Jr. (Jen) and Patrick (Becky) Gallagher, Shanleigh Guzman (Sam), Jacob Edelstein (Katie) and Tessa Kate Edelstein (Blake). She was the great gram of Steven 3rd, Kevin and Carli Gallagher, the late Cailyn Gallagher and great grandmother of Roman James and Declan Thomas Guzman,Jaxon James Edelstein and great step grandmother of Carl.
Services and interment will be private.
